Administrative Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible in doing sales management, marketing, and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Has a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably has 1-2 years experience in Marketing, Sales or General Administration.
  • Has excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Should know how to use Internet, MS Applications.
  • Has a positive attitude, sense of humor, and tenacious nature.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.

  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.

OJT

Successful applicants will be assigned to different units like Web Design, Web Applications Development, System, Marketing, Content, and Admin.

Requirements:

  • Web Design OJTs must be taking IT-related course/subject and must know how to use Adobe Photoshop and/or Dreamweaver softwares.
  • Web Application OJTs must be taking Computer-related course/subject and must have at least basic knowledge of PHP and open source technologies.
  • System OJTs must be taking Computer-related course/subject and must have knowledge of system (Linux, Windows or Mac) and network administration. He/She must also know HTML authoring.
  • Marketing/Admin OJTs must be taking related Marketing/Business-related course/subject and must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Content OJTs must be taking related Communication-related course/subject and must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Should know how to use Internet, MS Applications.
  • Has a positive attitude, sense of humor, and tenacious nature.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
