About Us: Board of Directors

VICTOR MAGDARAOG heads the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. He currently serves as the Vice President for Business Development of SGV-Development Dimensions International, a joint venture operation between the SGV Group and Development Dimensions International. In this capacity, he is responsible for building the Information Technology based products and services of DDI. This includes an On-Line Performance Management System, Human Resource Development Expert System, Computer-Scored Assessment Systems and an Intranet-based learning and performance support system. He has over twenty-five years work experience in the area of human resource development and management. He also serves as a Director in Innov8 Inc., Franklin Financials, Inc., Skygate Amusement and Entertainment Corp. He is also a member of the ff. professional organizations: Philippine Internet Commerce Society (PICS), Philippine Computer Society (PCS), International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), The Internet Society, Philippine Society for Training and Development, and Rotary Club of Makati North.

Mr. Magdaraog received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ateneo de Naga College, and has MBA units from the Ateneo de Manila.

MYRNA ALCAZAR heads the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. She currently serves as Comptroller for B Grimm MBM, a German-Philippine construction company. She was formerly the Vice President for Finance in Distributed Processing Systems Inc. She is a Certified Public Accountant and was with SGV as an auditor.

Ms. Alcazar graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Accountancy.

NORELYN BABIERA serves as the Vice President of Fiera de Manila, Inc. (FMI) and Consultant of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO, Manila). She has fourteen (14) years work experience in the areas of trade and investment promotions, export marketing, and trade show management. She worked with Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), Department of Trade and Industry for ten (10) years and handled major projects such as Manila FAME Market Weeks and official Philippine participation to various international trade fairs in Europe, US, and Asia Pacific region. Ms. Babiera was trained in Italy and France for an Exhibition Management Course under the EC-ASEAN scholarship program.

Ms. Babiera holds a Master of Arts in Sociology degree from the Ateneo de Manila University; her undergraduate degree is from De La Salle University (Bacolod City) where she took up Psychology.

ALEJANDRO DYJUANCO, JR. currently serves as the General Manager of Universal Mill Supply Co., Inc., Amalgated Steel Corp., and ABMJ Development Corp. He has over twelve (12) years experience in sales and management focusing in the construction industry. He also serves as a Director in VH Manufacturing Corp., Filmundo Export Corp., Manly Tours & Travel Inc., Alarm Systems Corporation, and Fullbright Enterprises Co. He is also a Member in the ff. professional organizations: Philippine Iron and Steel Traders Association (PISTA), Mandaluyong Chamber of Commerce Inc. (MCCI), Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), and Chamber of Real Estate & Builders Association (CREBA).

Mr. Dyjuanco graduated from the University of the Philippines (Diliman) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

FISHER CHUA is the President of computer hardware and software distributor Hypertech Corporation and JP Aoki Rubber Phils., Inc. He is also the vice president of Caliraya Hill-Top Resorts Corp. and a director of Nicor Petroleum, Inc. He is a past President of COMDDAP, the Computer Manufacturers, Distributors and Dealers Association of the Philippines.

Mr. Chua graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Business and Economics.

EDWIN ONG is the President of ILO Construction, Inc. and ILO Land, Inc., and Vice President of Nobleland Corporation and BPL Philippines Inc. (a joint venture with Bored Piling Ltd. of Singapore). He is a member of the ff. civic organizations: Manila Jaycees and Rotary club of Manila Central.

Mr. Ong is a Bachelor of Science in Construction graduate of Arizona State University.

ROGER CHUA is the President of Web Philippines, Inc. He was a Group Manager for Apple Computer distributor Distributed Processing Systems Inc. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Bee Seng Electrical Supply, Inc. and Director of Fullbright Enterprises Inc.

Mr. Chua graduated from the University of the Philippines (Diliman) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

ANTONIO MACEDA III is the President of BCM Consulting. He was the General Manager of Asia Communication Edge and Training Associate for Distributed Processing Systems, Inc.

Mr. Maceda graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Business Management.

SAMUEL ROBERT CHUASON, JR. currently serves as the President and Chairman of Recom Realty Corporation, Vice President and Director of Reliance Commodities, Inc., and Vice President and Director of Asia Pacific Resources Phils., Inc. He is a member of the Philippine Association of Building Administrators. Mr. Chuason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
